1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using WARNRadar, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on WARNRadar for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modifying or copying the materials
  • Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software
  • Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transferring the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials
  • Using automated tools to scrape data (except public APIs explicitly permitted)

3. Data & Disclaimer

WARNRadar aggregates publicly available WARN Act notices from state labor departments. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of this data.

This data represents notices filed as required by the WARN Act and should not be considered comprehensive. Not all workforce reductions are subject to WARN Act notice requirements. For official employment information, consult the relevant state labor department.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall WARNRadar or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on WARNRadar.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on WARNRadar are provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitations

In no case shall WARNRadar, its suppliers, or related parties be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) even if we or our authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WARNRadar:

  • For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
  • To transmit harassment, spam, or threatening content
  • To attempt unauthorized access to systems or networks
  • To circumvent security measures
  • To discriminate against individuals based on protected characteristics

8. Modifications

WARNRadar may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this site, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
